Outlook Express 4 OE4 users can use our "Simple Notes". If you would like to be able to use all our other stationery that scrolls and plays music, you can upgrade to a higher version of Outlook Express, see below.
An explorer window opens showing the contents of your stationery. Choose the stationery you want to use. Click open, your stationery will open, it will not be scrolling at this point. Type your message as you normally would and send it. * Our stationery will work great in O.E. 4.72 but you won't be able to hear the sound.
