Getting rid of Multiple e-mails with Outlook Express

In your Outlook express, go to:  Tools, Message Rules, Mail then a box will come up.  Click on New and another box will come up. (see below)

Now, in the top part of the box where it says 1. Select the Conditions for your rule select  Where the Subject line contains specific words

In the next part of the box where it says 2. Select the Actions for your rule, select Delete it from the server. (you will have to scroll down to see it)

On the bottom part of the box where it says 3. Rule Descriptions click on Contains specific words.  Another box will pop up just type in or copy and paste the entire subject of  the mail you don't want coming in anymore.  Then click add then OK.  That box will leave and now you need to click OK again.  That's it you are done and it should stop any more of those mails coming in. 

*Note*  Sometimes when you apply a rule you will need to click on Apply now and then check mark include subfolders, but you shouldn't need to in this case.
